I bought a new Galaxy S20 direct from Samsung and traded in my old S7. When Samsung recieved my old phone they sent an email saying it didn't work and the screen was damaged so asked me to pay them back £25. I was using the phone up until I sent it back and it was working very well. I had also just taken a screen protector off and the screen looked good when I posted it so I was really disappointed with this. Not a great customer experience.
