I NEVER write reviews! I ordered a $2k+ refrigerator and it has shown up to my house damaged x2. I was unable to even close the doors the second time. I spoke with customer service and they were unable to give me any type of compensation even though I had to take off days of work for the deliveries. I still do not have my refrigerator . I will never purchase a Samsung appliance again. The only reason this review has one star is because I can’t leave it blank!
