Their customer services is horrendous. I finally got my refund approved but my refund method was set to Citi bank which I have no account for and I need to change it but I have called over a week every single day multiple times to have someone change the method. Each time I scheduled a call back and sit on hold for case management for 2-4 hours and I get hung up on, never picked up every single day I call and I an still waiting for a call back, its been over a week of scheduling call backs as well and no one cares, no one calls, and calling in is useless when they don't pick you up and wait on the line for 4 hours and still hung up on me while I have many other responsibilities that I need done. I just want my refund so I can be done with Samsung. Again I just need it changed to PayPal or check I don't care for anything else its that so hard?
