The company with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. In November 2021 I spent £2800 on Samsung phones and accessories, including £59 on a phone case/cover with S Pen. After 6 weeks of very moderate and careful use (I have 2 phones and use the older one more) mainly at home, I noticed that it (the cover) had partly split, and appeared to be made a a brittle material, therefore unfit for purpose. When I called Samsung they said the warranty only covered it not fitting the phone., (not true) and refused to consider making good in any way, dedpite the fact the the cover cost less than £5 to manufacture, probably a lot less. Unfortunately that leaves me with no option but to take them to court. Truly a disgusting company, makes me sick. My recomnendation is that Samsung products are ok until they go wrong, because then you will be on your own. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
