Horrible customer service Over 7 weeks and still no replacement or check for refrigerator under warranty Over 30 calls many for over a hour, 5 services visits and 6 days missed from work. We are still jumping through hoops to get replacement. Never speak to the same person and each promises something different if you are lucky. many times the call is disconnected after being on hold for over a hour. Terrible customer service, i thin they want you to get some frustrated that you will give up Shame on Samsung
