Appalling Customer Service and useless complaint procedure.
My sister ordered online the buds as a surprise present for my birthday. The whole journey was a pain and is becoming a distressing situation that brought us to tiers.
1. Ordered buds pro, received a Galaxy phone A21 or something similar
2. Duly reported.. the only way to rectify the matter was to return the item and cancel the order ask a refund and place a new order.
3. Done as they asked (very painful to get there as a "resolution")
4. Finally received the buds (in the meantime missing out on the cashback offer as it had ended)
5. We never received the refund on the first order.
6. Numerous calls, contacted every number you can possibly think of. A CEO complaint logged. All social media platforms contacted. They have all fobbed us off and now refused to issue a refund because they received a phone back and not the buds 🙄 🤦🏻♀️
7. The whole experience through their Customer Support has been poor to say the least, nearly illegal for how they're treating us.
