I recently purchased a new Samsung Watch 4 classic directly from Samsung and due to technical issue I had to replace it within one week, the 2nd one had same exact similar issue so I decided to contact the technical support.
Each time I called which was more than 4 times, I ended up speaking to a person overseas whom I have extrema difficulty understanding him/her accent and communication. Additionally each time I ended up getting no where by getting disconnected or transferred to different wrong department or placed on hold while I could hear baby crying and/or dog barking which meant that these representative are working from home and unprofessional without any sufficient training. One would think that at least you could hear them clearly and comprehend the person(s). after several hours wasting my time and getting frustrated, I decided to send the 2nd replacement Smart watch back and get my money.
