I have multiple bad encounters with Samsung.
I've called multiple times (8 times) and no one seems to know how to resolve my issue. 2 of my calls got disconnected intentionally and they never called me back. Why else would they ask for your call back number if they do not call you back when disconnected? People are rude and lazy! I am so disappointed with their customer service and technical support.
