It was the worst experience I have ever experienced with the service center(Diva electronics, Nashik, Maharashtra). Service centers customer approach was bad. For my issue they took about 3 months to complete my problem after so many calls from me. After the service again after 4 days I received the problem with my TV which was not expected from the official service center of SAMSUNG. They were just ignoring me every time as I contacted them for follow up. They took extra money from me as actual bill amount was less. In future if I recieve any problem I will not contact any Samsung service center. Even I have to give extra money to another private shop I will do it but never contact to you people
