Ordered a new Samsung phone and it was damaged in transit (never delivered). Samsung won't issue a refund until Fedex returns the damaged phone (hopefully). In the mean time, they are still charging me if I don't return the trade-in phone on time. All explanations to Samsung online support people are ignored and just keep believing the erroneous errors in their system that the phone is still in transit after more than 13 days of waiting. No one will actually fix the problem. Now I will have to report it undelivered through Paypal and try to get the money back that way.
