Samsung is the worst! I have been trying to get a remote control replaced since mid December 2021 now we are almost end of January 2022 still no replacement. I spoke to 5 different representatives and kept on telling me different things. A week ago they said my replacement was on its way and it would take about 15 days. I was curious so I called to check the status, the representative just told me there was an error so the ordered wasn’t placed. Now I have to wait another 15 days for the replacement. This so upsetting and I’m disappointed at Samsung!!!
