I had the worse experiance of a lifetime, Customer service isn't customer service base on their attitude and tone, not very helpful either also case management isn't helpful either. I spoked to Romuald ID# 003300: he is the worst wasn't help at all or cared about my situation, very defiant worker... I WOULD NEVER BE A CUSTOMER OF SAMSUNG EVER AGIAN ! I HOPE THEY LOSE ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS AND MONEY! definitely not customer friendly. If it was possible to give zero stars I would love to but my rate is 0=ZERO! NO STARS! WORSE OF THE WORSE.
