This company has dropped my over 800 credit score by about 130 points due to incompetence. 1st they will not send you payment information so you need to 1. Guess 2. Get the info from Credit Karma when they tag you as delinquent. I unfortunately took the 2nd route. Okay that could be put on me. So when I call I set up AUTOPAY so the issue would not happen again. Shockingly autopay stopped auto paying this month and once again the account took a hit for being delinquent. Rather than reaching out to the customer like most all companies I have ever purchased anything from they just hit you with strikes on your credit report. I went ahead and paid it off in full today and will never again make a Samsung purchase. Goodluck with your business as you have certainly lost a customer who has been with you since the S3 came out.
