Just wasted HOURS of my life on line and on the phone with Samsung "Customer Service" in various seemingly imaginary departments. I made the error of wanting to spend thousands of dollars on their products and was given (repeatedly) wrong information, invalid codes, imperceptible phone connections, and transfers so numerous that I actually wound up with the same guy (who I recognized) and eventually ending in being hung up on. I started with online chat, then calls, then with emails and a call. Link for free delivery and install good for 72 hours expired within minutes. "direct" email was undeliverable in minutes. I then received two hang up calls from Samsung's 1-800-726-7864 number. If their job were instilling rage in their potential customers, this experience was a bulls-eye.
