Purchased a samsung Z flip 3. After 3 days of owning it, the screen got a thick black bar across the middle part. I contacted my service provider, who told me this was a common issue and not the first call, that day, about it.
As instructed, I sent it to Samsung for warrenty, only to recieve a text, letting me know it was not in warranty and would not be fixed unless I paid over 400 dollars, out of pocket. I tried to plead my case, otter box, owned it for 3 days, screen protector, and no care was given. From the first call with Sansung Customer service, it was a bad experience.
I have since returned my new samsung watch, the z flip and will not be buying Samsung appliances for our home.
Samsung did not back their quaility build they represent and the customer service was hirrible. Plain and simple, its not worth the risk to buy their product.
At the end of the day my service privider took the z flip back on excahange, I got a new phone from another manufacturer and will no longer buy samsung products, nor recommend them to anyone.
