Simply put…Samsung’s Customer service sucks!! In fact, there is no service at all. There is no one in charge to speak to, ever! They’ve been giving me the runaround for three months already regarding a refund they owe me for a refrigerator deemed irreparable by a Samsung tech. Their tactic is to get you to the point of such frustration that you just give up. Needless to say, I’ve had a horrible experience. They don’t even deserve one star. STAY AWAY!
