I Have Been A loyal customer a Samsung for Over 15 years Now. Looks like This Relationship Has Ended.
My Speak on my Phone is Not Working Properly. So I Decided to Go my Phone Carrier They Were Unable to Fix/Repair. Because They Do Not Provide that Service Anymore. ((RIDICULOUS))) I went Home to See How long I Had the Phone, Looks like My Manufacturer Warranty Expires in a Couple Weeks. So I Go To A Different Location Cellphone Provider. They I'm Form Me that "Samsung" Has Repaired Shops... So I Go to "Ubreakifix" The informed Me that I Would Have too Leave My Phone @ this Location For 4hrs..((RIDICULOUS)) I Tell the Man I will Be Back.
I Go to The Car Call Samsung Customer Service , The Rep Basically Tells Me I Would Have To Send My Phone To Them. She Mentioned it Would Take 5-7days in order for them to Fix the Phone. ((More like14 days)) Days without a Phone in this Era we live in Longer. No Think You. INCONVENIENCE
Is a Pattern With Samsung! I Have Never Experience Until Now.
Don't Buy A Samsung Product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
