Samsung There was a fault with my Z FOLD3, I sent it back to Samsung. I had to chase what was going on with my phone. I was told a replacement would be sent as the screen as the film screen protector cannot be fixed. After being misinformed on the time scales on the repairs. I had to wait another 10 to 14 days for the replacement. I called today to ask when I could expect my replacement? Now I have been told Samsung don't have my model (Samsung galaxy fold 3 512gb) in stock. 🤢🤬. How could you not have this model when you are selling it online, on your store?
Could I get a refund? Yes that will take 10 to 14 days more but you need to call back tomorrow 👏 I am sick of calling Samsung, over and over again. I can't even get my money back to get a replacement 😒
