Simply frightful service. Bought a Samsum7FE tablet, and a month later, it was dropped and needed a replacement screen. Called Samsung stores seven times, no one answered. wend to the Toronto Yorkdale store and stood in line, while several other customers stepped in front of me. when I asked I was told I had to 'check in'. There was no sign or instruction to do that anywhere, so I found a representative to check in. Waited another long time, to find out that to pick it up later I would have to 'check in' and weekends, waits could be hours.
Samsung is all about sales, not service, and reading the other threads, it is clearly a systemic cultural corporate problem. Until Samsung fixes the culture gives this company a wide berth and go somehwere else.
