The following was sent to Samsung several times starting on 12/30/21 with no response. Worst customer service, if it exists! On December 15, 2021, I ordered a Samsung Microwave #ME16A4021AS from ABT Electronics in Glenville, IL Order #1215101GQMV. On December 20th, I had the microwave installed. After the installation, the motor was defective and made a grinding noise and was returned to ABT on December 21st. I paid $150.00 for the installation. On December 30th, I received the replacement from ABT, Order # 1220101IUNM and was installed on 12/30. I once again was charged $150.00. I am hereby requesting a refund of $150.00 due to the defective unit. This cost me $60.00 more than the cost of the microwave. The microwave is not the only Samsung products I recently purchased.I have attached the invoice from ABT, PC Richard & Son for additional Samsung appliances purchased that totaled in excess of $3,160.00 and an invoice for $150.00.
