Samsung's customer service is absolutely horrible. The company's lack of ethics is evident in its continuous lies. I was lied to about a previous purchase, and again with regard to my most recent purchase, a 75 inch QLED TV will be my very last, as I have wasted enough time with their idiot representatives! Today’s case being that they expected me to wait around for a delivery between 1 pm and 5 pm which will not happen until tomorrow! I would recommend that people shop from companies that have a little more respect for their customers. Samsung just couldn't care less!!
