Never send your Samsung to their engineers for repairs
I sent my phone in as it was not charging so in return they sent me a bill for over a grand saying it needed half a dozen other things replacing. Obviously I asked them to return the phone and found online that by factory resetting the phone it would fix my charging issues, which it did lol
This whole process took a month, my next phone will be Teslas
