I bought Tv got delivered but when I connected the Tv after months, I noticed that the screen was cracked but Samsung wouldn’t replaced it or repaired it.
They want me to take the product to their repair centre and I will foot up the bill. Also they have cancel my 5 years warranty and their excuse is that, the product was accidentally damaged. This damage was caused by them.
I will not buy anything with Samsung written on it .
Their customers service is disgusting. Worse company to deal when things goes wrong .
