what didnt go wrong?? that will probably be an easier at this point. BUT...
Their customer service is completely horrendous. They will deny that there is any faults with their company, or their website. If you have a ticket number, good luck. I have been hung up on three times so far, this go round, trying to deal with a ticket number issue. Along with the being passed back and forth between a bunch of employees.
Like I said, customer service is a joke. I switched from Apple to Samsung, and I completely regret that decision. I am ready to go back to Apple.
We purchased 2 galaxy s22's and 2 different versions of the galaxy watch4, and the whole process has been a nightmare.
