Horrible experience, they have the worst policies and customer service in the world! Purchased a phone online, money taken from account immediately, yet a hold for the same amount of the phone was put on my card in addition to taking the money for the phone. I tried to call to ask why there was a hold when they have already collected their money and was told that it was company policy in case there wasn't enough funds in the account for them to collect. I was like, ok you have already collected your money so remove the hold, they said it will be removed within 7-14 days! I said I wanted to cancel, she said wait, don't cancel I will expedite the removal of the hold and she guaranteed for it to be removed within 3 days. So I said ok...3 days later the hold is still there, I talked to no less than 5 people, all of whom were completely incompetent, hell 1 person straight hung up on me as soon as I have my ticket number! 3 just kept saying that they assure me that "it's just a hold, it's no big deal, you will have it removed in just 14 days...be patient" WTF, it's just a hold that put my bank account in the negative by $600, they got their money immediately...this should be illegal! They are essentially robbing me for 2 weeks! Not only will I NEVER buy from their website again, I will NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN PERIOD!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY AT ITS BEST!
