Bought a cooktop that arrived with a broken grate. Received a replacement that didn't color match the adjacent two grates. Sent in a picture and they agreed that they would replace the set of three. That was three months ago with three follow up phone calls since. What a waste of time dealing with them.
Getting ready to buy a OLED TV. Won't be Samsung.
