Unfortunately Samsung uses XPO logistics to deliver appliances in SC. I received helpful weekly emails from Samsung for a month assuring me that delivery was on time in the window from April 9 to 16th. Then on Thursday April 7th XPO informed me that delivery will be May 5th (hopefully- just read XPO disastrous reviews!) If you call XPO you get someone in Philippines or Columbia (South America not SC) who cannot help in any way. Eventually I tracked down customer support in Marietta GA - but nothing changed. XPO only delivers here 2 days a week. This is a gigantic company! However their focus is corporate clients not some guy like me wo spent $4k on stuff for the kitchen. At the present time you cannot just look at the product, you must also find out how it will be supplied.
