Bought a new phone in February. Galaxy z fold 3 5g. There was a defect in the fold of the screen, and the pixels started to slowly die. No one could repair it because Samsung said that the repair had to be done by their technicians so sent the phone in and they said that they would repair it and send it back in 3-5 business days. After 5 days they said that it would be 5-7 business days. Now it's been 14 days and still no phone and the same lie that someone is going to call me in 24-48 hours a day that hasn't happened. Will follow up if we ever get it back.
