If I could give them a “0” I would. After calling the 800 number, I was sent to a chat service to assist me with my equipment; a fairly new Samsung Curve 70” smart television, by the way. Anyway, I was at unable to access the apps and after spending at least an hour back and forth “troubleshooting” the issue, it never got resolved. And they stopped communicating with me altogether! I will never invest in another Samsung product!
