Worst customer service. I arranged a return for my TV 6 times, and no one showed up then they said I missed the returns deadline. Then, I wanted to claim my cash back and no one responded I missed the deadline for that too. Honestly the worst service, some guy called Hero from Samsung wasn’t any help at all either. Worst customer service AVOID SAMSUNG! You will be so disappointed purchasing from them disgusting service and company, all the workers are liars.
