Ear buds promotion is a scam, as is the boost.
Filled in claim form, received response that I hasn't sent the right proof if purchase, despite it being the same invoice they had in example.
Sent EVERYTHING I recieved
.. no response.
Try to contact customer services... oh my god...
Every option is designed to kick you out.
I recommend sending messages/comments on all social media LinkedIn etc, as it's the only way to get through.
