I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra about a month ago, thinking it would come in time for my wife's birthday. However, it took 60 days for it to arrive after I placed my purchase, and it arrived after we had already relocated to another city. I phoned a Samsung executive to request a change of address, but he stated I needed to speak with the delivery service since he couldn't help me. When I phoned DHL, they indicated it was also not possible for them. Now my phone is missing from my previous place, who has yet to pay me back, and where do I file a complaint about this?
