I don't know why so many reviews bad for customer services, I bought a 55 suhd tv 3months ago and the stand started to discolouration on the chrome effect in the middle, I phone Samsung up sent photos and proof off purchase from curry's, within 4 days I had a new stand delived f.o.c.
