After two long phone calls to Samsung customer care, obviously overseas call centre, I am very disappointed with the outcome. No back up service on my complaint about my broken ceramic turntable on my 4 month old Microwave. It spontaneously cracked and broke in two pieces when the microwave was being used. I explained that it was probably faulty to begin with, as we had only used the microwave for a few times. I felt like they just kept me hanging for weeks with a reply, after promising to get back to me in two working days. It took me a second call to them to find out their reply and again was put on waiting, while they pretended to reassess my complaint. Would suggest to anyone thinking of purchasing a Samsung microwave to think carefully about their lack of support, when something goes wrong with the product. I will never buy a Samsung product again, especially after reading other peoples reviews about their lack of care to their customers.
