Ordered s22 ultra, order delayed. Had to cancel it because I was moving out. After 3 'escalations' no response.
Ordered again. Loan agreement done but order confirmation not given. Had to escalate again. They wont give the promotion they took away from me in the second order. 4 more escalations and no response. Its been 3 months , 2 orders and 1 million calls to customer support but i still dont have a phone that costs 1900 freaking dollars.
