I bought a new phone last November and I still cannot get it to work properly. After numerous attempts to find out what is wrong with it eg..went back to store, spoke to Samsung customer service issue got escalated to level 3, returned the phone to be checked unfortunately had no luck with anyone. last time I buy from this crowed...useless and not interested in helping CUSTOMERS
