I placed an order on the 1st March and waited for more than 2 months to get my delivery, i contacted the customer support 11 time during this time and no one cared about my delivery, finally after several requests i managed to stay on the line for over 60 minutes and spoke to a team leader Donna, i then found out that i parcel got sent with in complete address and no one brothered about acting the delivery. i finally contacted the delivery company called and it took few weeks for them to get approval to get permission to send delivery to me, mean time i wanted raised few complaint and sent 7 emails and did not receive any reply till not. Very very bad service and been a Samsung phone user since galaxy phone was interduce, now i am thinking of not having any of Samsung products.
