Bought a Samsung Refrigerator and not even a year old. Waited a week for appointment and after tech came he couldn't repair it and requested another tech guy to come and he was ordering a part. Second tech repair person come and he claims he repaired my frig however after he left my freezer still not freezing. So 2 service reps and 3 weeks and still freezer not working. Samsung repair service is horible. My advice is don't but Samsung products if you don't have to.
