Service. We bought a fridge that had issues with its ice maker from day 1. They sent a tech out who "fixed" it and now 3yrs later we're still stuck with an expensive fridge that still doesn't make ice and now drips water all over our floors. Huge slipping hazard but they're not willing to stand behind their product and fix it once again. Absolutely terrible product and customer service.
