2nd Feb, my partner and I purchased a tv from samsung. 2 months of backwards and forwards calls to find out where our product was without any successes. We filled for a refund on March 23rd. It's been 2 months now and no refund and they won't give us any information. That have literally taken monwy without any product and no refund. Its blantant Robbery. We have just started a case with consumer affairs as we are left with no option.
