My appliances were supposed to be delivered on 5/21 between 8am and 8pm. They did not arrive. The third party carrier will answer no phone or chats. Called Samsung, they provided broken links to another division that deals with the product once its shipped. Again...nothing. No return calls, no accountability and seem very uninterested to find my 5K worth of appliances. I hope the product when and if it arrives is decent as their customer service merely reads scripts, constantly apologizes but does nothing to fix the issue.
