Ascurion has scheduled four (4) visits to our home to repair our washer. The repair man has yet to come to our home, and have yet to notify us that they were not coming to our home. My husband has spent four (4) afternoons awaiting a person, a phone call, ANY sign that our appointments and repeated calls have been taken seriously. It is now four (4) weeks since we contacted Samsung for assistance, and we are convinced that Ascurion is incapable to put two parts on the same truck as a knowledgeable service professional and repair our washing machine. I have never seen such poor customer service.
