I had only bought a TV from Samsung before but recently I made the BIG MISTAKE to buy a laptop from Samsung. I have had numerous issues with the laptop but what really is TERRIBLE is the customer service. I counted over 10 hours on the phone that I was on hold to try to schedule a repair visit and I was unable to get an appointment. I had never had the chance to talk to a human. You have lost a client for laptops, TVs, appliances phones and any product you produce or will produce! Never again!
