I just spent a long time with a technician who Had so much patience with me.
His name is Cesar. I called Saturday afternoon around 4:30 pm. One person was helping me, the connection became very bad and he was supposed to call me back but never did. That person who quit helping was Mark. Cesar helped me resolve as much as he could. I really appreciated him. Give that man a raise.
