I have problem with my Samsung washing machine. After contacting samsung customer care i was informed that service team will contact me.
But there is no call from service team, infact i received a msg that no one at home. I contact 3 time and everytime I got the same reply. If samsung can't provide any support what the use of buying a sumsung product.
