Terrible service from Samsung - I'm waiting for more than a month - from the time your service person came to my house on April 20th 2022 - changed some parts, charged me 2914 Rs and it still didn't work - and next visit in 2 days, he wanted another 1500 Rs to repair a Samsung microwave. I said does it make sense to spend 4500 on repair when I can buy a new microwave for 5000 and asked for my money back. He said the money will be returned in a week's time and he took away the parts from the machine for which I was charged Rs 2914. I am waiting since May 1st to get my money back from Samsung - how much time does a multi billion $ company need to refund the money that your service engineer fraudulently took from me? "We assure you to provide the resolution as per Samsung guidelines. Kindly wait for the revert from the team. We appreciate your patience in this regard. The new reference number is 1176765588."
