I just received my Samsung device back from the repair center. Unfortunately the touchpad does not work. They were supposed to fix the touchpad and they emailed and said that they had replaced the touchpad with the new touchpad but like I just said, the touchpad does not work. I'm really getting sick and tired of having to send the device and packet and wait and not have my device when I need it. Can you please simply send me a new replacement device that works correctly? I'm still under warranty and I'm very very frustrated. I would also like to file an official Complaint with Samsung. How do I do that?
