I have been trying since Tuesday 7th June to get a phone unlocked
I have sent in the trade in and paid £200 and still the phone is locked
I keep getting told to contact various other places
Or email and call different numbers
Everyone I speak to says the same thing we have logged this and please wait 24 - 48 hours
No one is calling me or getting in touch
This customer service is beyond disgusting
I have paid £600 for the phone sent in a trade in handset and paid £200
And the handset is still locked!!!!!
