Samsung refund process is the worst that I have ever experience. Within a year of purchasing a brand new refrigerator the icemaker broke. They told us they would have to come out at least 4 times to fix it before we got a refund. When we tried to get a refund they told us because we waited to long they could only refund a small percentage. This was after they told us they would refund up to 90% of the cost on the 4th visit. Since then it has been back and forth trying to get paperwork done. We have spent almost 8 hrs on phone calls. I am convinced that they make it so hard that you will give up. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE.
