I have never experienced worse customer service than with Samsung. Their customer service agents will regularly hang up the call if they feel the issue is too difficult or they can't find a solution. They will also just put you back in the customer service question for another agent so that they don't have to deal with you. I won't even get into how they messed up the FREE upgrade on my phone and I had to pay for two phones for 4 months. Customer service couldn't help me. It had to be resolved by Samsung Financing. Worst company to deal with. Go through a phone carrier!!!
